Who is Lawrence Clayton?
Instead of boilerplate jargon, let me share a story about my determination, habit of taking action and my ability to rise to any challenge.

As a naive, new to the real world college grad, I made the mistake of letting my emotions guide my decisions, putting me in a tough financial spot, yet I was determined not to let this situation outshine my talents and work ethic. 

After many resumes were sent, I received 2 callbacks for 2 jobs in 2 different states and just 1 day to get to both! Excited for the opportunities, yet admittedly worried about how I would make both and how to financially pull it off, I got to work. Full of determination, I made a driving, expense and backup plan to make it happen! Even though unexpected obstacles were thrown at me, including having to drive 10hrs straight to get to an interview 15 hours later, I pulled it all off. 

So, despite being dead tired, and on my last dime, that fresh out of college hard-working kid made it to 3 interviews (the first job called back for a second interview and hired me!), drove over 35 hours in 5 few days, chipped 1 tooth and landed the job of my dreams! After getting this job, I later rose up in the company, and industry, to become a successful trader, desk manager and start my own brokerage firm that made over $250,000 in one year! THAT determined, passionate, hard working and smart guy is who I am and why you want to hire me.
